Trend for technological innovation in South Sudan

following the industrialization of the milieu goal; the third world countries are struggling to acquire the technology that will boost up their productivity for export and sustainability.the developed countries has dominated the market and the investment arena and this made the underdeveloped countries vulnerable.

therefore, for this reason, countries in the middle east had developed due to their mineral resources that attracted the western developed countries; who had the ability of investing in this sector and impacting the modern technology for(Give and take reason)had the exchange of resources and knowledge with the west.so the middle east had developed rather than other African countries.

South Sudan once gets it's independence; then should embark on extracting the discovered ,an discovered natural resources and agriculture sector to enable development foster and flourish

The question is; Shall the South Sudan have the ability in production of mineral resources?
The answer shall not be far; but No.
The reason is being lack of the knowledge of doing it, so South Sudan should decide now to acquire the knowledge and skills of doing it and simultaneously invite experts to begin investing on the natural resources sector.this will enable the other cadres get training on the ground.

I am optimistic that ; South Sudan shall eventually emerge and be among the tenth in list of developed countries in Africa.

For most important point of view and action to be made is to improve the vocational training system and vocational training policy be adopted or passed to create a conducive environment in the field of vocational training curriculum.
The South Sudan should give the vocational training as a priority; because country without skilled workers is vulnerable and handicap.
The other question is when shall the South Sudan put Standards in the field of vocational training?

Technical Activities in Malakal

Environmental View:

Malakal lies to extreme north of south Sudan; with a low land plateaus where black cotton soil dominates the ground. the environmental life is poor for crop vegetation; with a lot of dead soil that request specialist in the economy.

Construction Industry:

the construction industry is limited due to very many reasons; among other,the following identified:
1/the type of the soil is poor and needs experts to design relevant types of foundation
2/the skills found within the communities is poor
3/ the area being black cotton soil; local materials are not located near or within the area and transportation of this materials becomes expensive
4/ the imported materials comes in through river transport and in dry season the water level is now for heavy steamers to come faster from the north
5/the community within are cattle keepers not accepting coming to worker in the construction industry and this makes it difficult to bring workers from far communities
6/ in summer or wet seasons, roads are not passable and work stops due to inadequate materials at the sites
7/ cattle raiding interrupts construction activities
8/ Lack of communicating language is also a barrier to the skill workers brought from far communities.

Those are identified constraints hindering construction industry in malakal.
solutions and recommendations:

1/research must be carried through out the area of malakal by experts to find suitable type of foundation design for construction industry in malakal
2/ on site skill training be conducted to the communities within malakal
3/ soil survey get conducted to find possible means of getting local materials within; areas like Nasir and Renk
4/ Land roads linking malakal and the neighboring towns be built
5/ community social education be carried out in malakal
6/ social security campaign be carried throughout malakal communities

other issues shall be corrected when one or two of the above points are put ground to function.
I am optimistic that my four years period of study here will enable me to reach a lot and find other solutions to suggest. currently; I am just circling a small parameter.

Qualifications necessary for Vocational training instructors

Social backgrounds:

By the recent rapid advancement of the technological innovations and changes in industrial organizations, the vocational abilities that workers require are changing, accordingly; needs are further diversified in the human resources development and the abilities they are required to exhibit.
what are the arrangement being done by the vocational higher institution in regard to this change?

conditions required for instructors;

Enthusiasm and leadership are the most important pre-requisites for instructors in improving and developing vocational training.
How will they achieve this quality?
instructors of course, play the important role in determining outcome of vocational training.therefore it is very important to improve the ability and leadership of instructors.

In what conditions should instructors be improved?

1/ to have technical knowledge and skills
<>instructors should have extensive technological knowledge and outstanding skills in their areas of specialty and related jobs.
<>instructors should also have practical experience at the workplace relating to training.
2/ to understand teaching methods.
<>instructors must have the ability to impact their knowledge and skills effectively, outstanding <>instructors should include having extensive knowledge and skills, having a real interest in teaching and having teaching skills.
3/ ability to encourage trainees to have the attitude of industrialists.
<>Giving of awareness, perseverance and energy so that they can continue with training calender.
4/ to have that sense of mission and general culture.
<>instructors should understand the significance and objectives of vocational training and recognize the importance and mission of vocational training.
<>they should also be clearly aware of their responsibilities and fulfill their occupational duties faithfully.

Questions to be answered:

1/ will untrained vocational training instructors really perform their responsibilities and occupational duties as required?
2/ why should the vocational training authorities not shoulder this responsibility and begin doing what is wanted of vocational training instructors now?
3/ should the condition of vocational training geared towards development and changing technological innovations for better industrialism?

Builders' Plant and Equipment

In one of the text ( builders' planta and equipment),;By Title:Conveyors, Elevators and Hoists:
I do not understand why the author refer readers to the contract of the Nuclear power station which has taken very years, where the readers may not imaged how it was designed and constructed.
I am suggesting that technological textbooks should not refer readers very many years back, because the technology is hourly changing.
The developing nations are confused in joining the industrialized nations due to such references.
I read about the hoists in this textbook, that they are lifts that can carry materials to the height of hundreds of meters into the air.It is also considered to be supplementary lifting machine to tower crane. but without the scaffolds,hoist construction seem to be difficult to operate, yet the discription of the quality of materials for the scaffolds reconstruction for this hoist is not mentioned.
What clearification shall address my contradition or misunderstanding?
Who shall address this doubts and post to me some examples of such transporting plant?
